Podmínky rezervace a storna

Na základě zaslané poptávky obdrží host e-mailem cenovou nabídku pobytu.

Cena pobytu je hrazena předem bankovním převodem.

Rezervace je potvrzena a stává se závaznou až okamžikem připsání celé částky za pobyt na účet ubytovatele.

Po přijetí platby obdrží host před příjezdem potvrzovací e-mail s termínem pobytu a dalšími důležitými informacemi k ubytování.

V případě zrušení pobytu ze strany hosta bude vrácena část uhrazené ceny dle níže uvedených storno podmínek. Vrácení částky proběhne nejpozději do 14 dnů od doručení oznámení o zrušení rezervace.

Storno podmínky

  • Zrušení pobytu do 16 dnů od potvrzení rezervace: 0 % z ceny pobytu

  • Zrušení pobytu 45–30 dnů před příjezdem: 10 % z ceny pobytu

  • Zrušení pobytu 29–15 dnů před příjezdem: 40 % z ceny pobytu

  • Zrušení pobytu 14–8 dnů před příjezdem: 80 % z ceny pobytu

  • Zrušení pobytu 7–1 den před příjezdem: 90 % z ceny pobytu

  • Zrušení rezervace v den příjezdu nebo nedojezd: 100 % z ceny pobytu

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Based on the submitted booking request, the guest will receive a price offer by email.

The total price of the stay must be paid in advance by bank transfer.

The reservation becomes confirmed and legally binding only upon receipt of the full payment to the accommodation provider's bank account.

After the payment has been received, the guest will receive a confirmation email prior to arrival, including the confirmed dates of stay and important information regarding the accommodation.

In the event of cancellation by the guest, the paid amount will be refunded in accordance with the cancellation policy below. The refund will be processed no later than 14 days from the date the cancellation notice is received.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation within 16 days of reservation confirmation: 0% cancellation fee

  • Cancellation 45–30 days before arrival: 10% of the total stay price

  • Cancellation 29–15 days before arrival: 40% of the total stay price

  • Cancellation 14–8 days before arrival: 80% of the total stay price

  • Cancellation 7–1 day before arrival: 90% of the total stay price

  • Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the total stay price
